Valhallvaror Tattoo Voucher Contest — Official Rules and Regulations

Contest Overview

Valhallvaror is offering a unique opportunity to win one of two tattoo prizes: 1st place wins three (3) full days of tattooing, 2nd place wins one (1) day of tattooing! Tattooing will be conducted in her signature artistic style and at her creative discretion, subject to her standard booking policies and terms of service.

Participation in the contest is granted through the purchase of $100 tattoo vouchers, which are also redeemable toward future tattoo appointments with Valhallvaror.

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Must be legally permitted to receive a tattoo.

• Void where prohibited by law.

• All participants must agree to and comply with Valhallvaror’s standard terms and conditions for tattoo services.

2. Voucher and Entry Details

• Voucher Price: $100 USD each.

• Total Vouchers Available: 200.

• Maximum Purchase Limit: 10 vouchers per person (maximum of 10 contest entries).

• Each voucher purchased:

• Counts as one (1) entry into the contest.

• Is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• May be redeemed for $100 toward a future tattoo appointment with Valhallvaror.

• Vouchers valid through 2026.

• Redemption of vouchers is subject to availability and standard booking procedures.

3. Contest Period

• The contest begins on August 26th 2025 and ends when all 200 vouchers have been sold, whichever comes first.

• The contest drawing will occur within 7 days of the final voucher sale or closing date.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, purchase one or more $100 tattoo vouchers directly from Valhallvaror through her official booking or sales platform (visit the “shop” section of Valhallvaror.com.

• Each voucher purchased constitutes one entry.

• Participants must provide accurate contact information at the time of purchase.

• Maximum of 10 entries per person.

5. Winner Selection and Prize

• Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The first place winner will receive:

• Three (3) full days of tattooing with Valhallvaror (6 hour of tattooing/day)

• All tattooing will be in Valhallvaror’s artistic style and at her discretion.

• Appointments will be scheduled in accordance with her standard booking policies and availability.

• The second place winner will receive:

• One (1) full day of tattooing with Valhallvaror (6 hour of tattooing/day)

• All tattooing will be in Valhallvaror’s artistic style and at her discretion.

• Appointments will be scheduled in accordance with her standard booking policies and availability.

• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the drawing.

• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected at Valhallvaror’s discretion.

• Travel and accommodations are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Voucher Redemption for Non-Winners

• All non-winning participants may redeem their vouchers as $100 credit per voucher toward a future tattoo appointment.

• Vouchers are valid through 2026.

• To redeem a voucher, participants must notify Valhallvaror of their intent to use the voucher(s) at the time of booking.

• Voucher redemption is subject to appointment availability and Valhallvaror’s standard policies.

• Vouchers are non refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

7. Additional Terms and Conditions

• The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

• Travel, accommodation, and related expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winners.

• Valhallvaror reserves the right to:

• Refuse service in accordance with her existing policies.

• Disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or in violation of these rules.

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if technical issues or other unforeseen events compromise its integrity.

• By participating, entrants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules.

• Allow their name and tattoo (if applicable) to be used in promotional content related to the contest, with prior consent.
